New: Extended Diploma in Executive Resilience and High Performance Diploma

We’re pleased to share that our 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 is currently progressing through the final validation stage toward approval as a regulated qualification.

While we can’t yet share every formal detail until the programme passes through the final approval board, we wanted to offer an early insight into what’s coming – and why we believe this programme represents a meaningful step forward in executive education and training.

This diploma didn’t begin as a qualification concept.
It emerged from years of work with business leaders across sectors and regions, alongside the research underpinning 𝘉𝘈𝘓𝘈𝘕𝘊𝘐𝘕𝘎 𝘈𝘊𝘛: 𝘔𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘬, 𝘞𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 – 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘢 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘌𝘹𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘚𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 authored by our Managing Director, Sarah Brennand, and published by De Gruyter, a leading global publishing house for MBA, Master’s programmes, and senior professionals worldwide.

Across industries, a consistent message has come through:
the landscape leaders are operating in has fundamentally changed.

Acceleration in technology, global complexity, shifting workforce expectations, and sustained pressure mean that performance today relies on more than technical expertise or experience alone. The Extended Diploma brings together six core areas that reflect what leaders and organisations now need to perform and sustain success:

• Strategic Leadership and Systemic Alignment
• Strategic Finance and Wealth Intelligence for Executives

Rather than treating these as standalone topics, the programme integrates them as interconnected leadership capabilities – applied directly to real organisational contexts.

Learning is practical and applied. Participants work on live leadership and business challenges, translating insight directly into action.

The programme combines:
• Live, facilitated sessions grounded in current business reality

Learning is designed to work alongside leadership responsibility, not compete with it.

Recognising operational and cost pressures, the Extended Diploma is structured so that 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆.

This allows organisations and individuals to:
• Commit one stage at a time
• Review impact before progressing
• Build towards the full qualification at a pace that fits business demands

Each completed module carries recognition, with progression toward the full Extended Diploma.

𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗕𝗔 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

Subject to final validation approval, the programme will become a regulated Level 7 (Master’s-level) qualification, aligned to UK postgraduate standards and recognised internationally.

On successful completion of the Extended Diploma, learners will be able to progress directly into the final stage of selected UK university MBA programmes with university partners who have already approved the curriculum for progression, completing the MBA project to achieve the full MBA award.

Academically, this reflects the level and credit of the learning.
From a business perspective, it offers a strong return on investment – high-quality executive education that develops leaders and contributes to a globally recognised qualification, without duplication.

All delivery formats will provide the same qualification route and MBA progression pathway.
