Rather than relying on reactive interventions or short-term initiatives, the programme builds internal capability by equipping nominated employees to act as confident, credible Wellbeing Champions across teams and departments.
Delivered over 12 months, the programme combines in-person training with structured online development, ensuring learning is applied, supported, and sustained.

The programme is delivered across four quarterly, in-person development days, hosted on-site or at a central location. Each day builds progressively, allowing learning to be applied between sessions.

The Wellbeing Champion Programme can be tailored for in-house delivery.
On completion of each in-person training day, Wellbeing Champions will be awarded with a CPD Certificate of Achievement (6 CPD points for each day).
