It is drawn from Unit 2: Skilled Communication for Influence and Alignment within the Illuminare Extended Diploma in Executive Resilience and High-Performance Leadership.
Want to gain recognised academic credit? You have the option to add formal assessment and achieve the ATHE Level 7 Certificate in Skilled Communication for Influence and Alignment (20 credits, RQF Level 7) – a nationally regulated qualification that can count towards further postgraduate study, including MBA progression routes.
