It is drawn from Unit 1: Emotional Intelligence for Strategic Impact within the Illuminare Extended Diploma in Executive Resilience and High-Performance Leadership.
Want to gain recognised academic credit? You have the option to add formal assessment and achieve the ATHE Level 7 Certificate in Emotional Intelligence for Strategic Impact (20 credits, RQF Level 7) – a nationally regulated qualification that can count towards further postgraduate study, including MBA progression routes.
