Core Coaching Models and Theories: Delegates will explore essential coaching models and their relevance to organisational strategy, clarifying the distinctions between coaching, mentoring, and counselling. Approaches such as GROW, Solutions-Focused, and Gestalt will be examined, providing delegates with a versatile toolkit for effective coaching. Advanced Coaching Techniques: Participants will enhance their coaching skills through active listening, powerful questioning, and the integration of emotional intelligence. This module will also cover strategies for facilitating behavioural change, improving team performance, and understanding communication preferences and models. Organisational Context and Leadership Coaching: This module emphasises the alignment of coaching practices with business objectives. Delegates will learn about coaching for leadership development, succession planning, and the influence of organisational culture on coaching effectiveness. Psychological Insights for Coaching: Delegates will gain insights into psychological principles relevant to coaching, including the neuroscience of leadership, cognitive biases, and motivational theories that foster engagement. Ethics and Professional Standards: Participants will focus on ethical considerations in coaching, including confidentiality, boundary management, and adherence to international coaching standards. Measuring Coaching Effectiveness: Delegates will learn to evaluate coaching initiatives through effective frameworks and qualitative and quantitative measures. This module will also cover demonstrating the return on investment (ROI) for coaching programmes.We do not include formal assessments as part of our 4-day programmes, however we do highly recommend delegates complete the associated independent directed learning that is provided for each of our programmes. Completing directed learning helps to reinforce knowledge and skills acquired during the programmes, making it more likely that delegates will retain and apply this knowledge in their professional roles and for the benefit of their organisation. All Illuminare Executive Education 4-day programmes are scheduled for 7.5hrs contact time each day (30hrs in total for the programme). In addition, it is expected that you would complete an additional 10hrs of independent directed learning to meet the programme learning outcomes and to ensure you get the most out of your learning experience. Dates and timings of delivery will be confirmed when you enrol. Please be assured that all directed learning will be explained and access to all required resources will be provided to you during the taught element of the programme.
All our open programmes are available with UK university certification of endorsement and / or CPD points in recognition of their high quality, sector leading provision. We’re proud to offer programme certification at no extra cost when you make the request at the point of booking. If this request is made after the point of booking an administration fee of £49 (per certificate) will be due before a certificate can be processed.
